Arizona Vortex Bag System
When your rigging operations require the additional leverage of an artificial high directional, nothing beats the AZ Vortex Bag System from CMC. Rescue Northwest recommends this product to our firefighter and first responder search and rescue customers in Washington as a must-have part of your rope access arsenal.
Three Options for Artificial High Directional Support
There’s no limit to the capabilities of the CMC Arizona Vortex Bag System. It’s designed to be as versatile as it is rugged and durable, with three unique functions for creating an artificial high directional:
Built for Rugged Durability
Designed for ultimate accessibility and quick access, the CMC Arizona Vortex Bag System is extremely rugged, suited for the wilderness or an industrial environment. Made of durable Cordura® nylon, the pack features extra protection in high-wear places for exceptional longevity.
The backpack features end-to-end-zippers for full-length flat opening. One side securely cradles the two head components in custom pockets with protective padding and stows the pin set bag attached by a quick-release strap. The opposite side holds both the 40-foot 8mm hobble cord and tether cords, and has a molle strip for attaching additional gear.
The three leg bags feature hand-carry handles and an adjustable padded shoulder sling for easy transport. Each of the two newly designed padded foot sleeves nest inside the leg bags and fasten securely to hold all three foot components, either flat or raptor. This facilitates a quick change of feet, so carrying both sets isn’t necessary.
